Leveroni Enterprises was established in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, in 1994, with a mission to provide our high quality services to the global shipping fraternity. While our office is based in Port Elizabeth, we operate anywhere where our services are required.

Dimitri Stamatopoulos
In 2002 I joined Navispec Marine Services LLC in the UAE, where I carried out classification surveys on behalf of IACS Class Societies.
This includes Hull & Machinery, Special Surveys on dry dock, renewal surveys, intermediate and annual surveys.
In 2007 I was transferred under P&P Marine Consultants & Surveyors to major shipbuilding yards in SWS China, STX Korea as a senior consultant, site manager for new building supervisions and Hull & Machinery Surveys, from keel laying until delivery.
In 2010 I established Nord Marine Services performing all types of third-party surveys and in 2016 the company was affiliated with Leveroni Enterprises PTY LTD.
We carry out all types of surveys, pre-purchase and valuation surveys, S&P surveys, surveys for major underwriting companies etc.
Dario Leveroni
As Marine Surveyor & Consulting Engineer I opened a branch office for ALLSURVEY MARINE in Port Elizabeth in 1986 where I held the position of Managing Director. I carried out all kinds of Surveys for different Classification Societies represented, such as: Special & Annual Hull, Machinery & Refrigeration equipment. Safety Equipment, Load Line, Boiler, Dry Docking, Propeller & Propeller shaft Surveys. Various Damage repair Surveys and drawn up repair specifications etc.
Other Surveys carried out on a regular basis, Pre- Loading / Discharge (Container, Break Bulk, Bulk, Refrigerated and Heavy Lifts) Cargo Damage, Container and Cargo condition, Pre-purchase, Inventory, Bunker & Condition, On / Off hire and Towing arrangement approval, Offshore Diamond Prospecting Vessels, Offshore Mobile Heavy Lift Crane Barges & Offshore Accommodation Barges. I have also acted on behalf of P & I Clubs and Marine Underwriters on Marine casualties. As Consulting Engineer, I have carried out several consultancy jobs within the marine and industrial field, as well as third party Quality Control for offshore drilling platforms during major re-fits, on behalf of BV, I have also carried out various Surveys used to settle legal disputes and where I acted as Expert Witness.
